smilerex® aims to do everything possible to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm GMT Monday-Friday on the same day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK national holidays. 

 

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY: 

 

FREE shipping on all orders. Express delivery orders should arrive in 1-2 business days and are typically dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24® service.

 

NEXT-DAY UK DELIVERY

We offer a next working day delivery service for which we charge £4.99. Orders placed before 2 pm GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed before 2 pm GMT on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked service: £7.99. Royal Mail aims to deliver to Western Europe in 3-5 working days, Eastern Europe in 5-7 working days and 7-10 days to the rest of the world, however, this is only a guide and items may take longer.

 

CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can specify a delivery address of your choice when placing your order. If you need to change this, please contact us as soon as possible once your order is placed. If your order has already been picked and packed, unfortunately, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

Please note that any orders sent back to us by the delivery company due to an incorrect delivery address being specified by the customer, or the customer failing to collect from the delivery company after a missed delivery, will be automatically refunded less a £5 charge to cover the cost of the order being sent back to us.
